Ct90 breather leaking oil
WebJun 18, 2013 · The most common oil leak on Kawasaki engines is the breather gasket. Have a 17hp kawi leaking similar to what you described and that was the culprit. Have you removed the engine cover to look at the cooling fins, etc. If this is, indeed, your problem the repair requires removal of the flywheel or so my dealer states. WebFeb 17, 2009 · But it has never blown the oil out the breather like this. It will drain the engine in less than a half hour of use, all though the vent hose, so it is pretty steady. We probably had 6 or 7 hours on this top end rebuild. It didn't use any or leak this oil until I changed the oil and filter.

You have to open it up and regoo/replace the gasket. My bike was leaking oil from the stator cover when I got it, replacing/regooing the gasket stopped the leak.
