It also studies judiciary operations and recommends to the Judicial Conference how to improve the management and administration of the federal courts. WebA free self-help assistance program is available to pro se litigants. The Hibbler Pro Se Federal Court Help Desk connects pro se litigants with volunteer attorneys for 45 minute appointments. The Hibbler Help Desk is run by Legal Aid Chicago and is not staffed by court employees.
