I'm trying to get the Oblivion Character Overhaul mode to function, but I can't seem to install Blockhead correctly or it just isn't working for some reason. I installed both OBSE and Blockhead manually and installed the mod using NMM. There's a common issue in Oblivion on Steam in particular that causes OBSE not to load when it should.
