Week 1: Runs ranging from 10 – 30 minutes. 1 run also had core work. Week 2: Runs ranging from 10 – 30 minutes, 1 run had legs & glutes work. Week 3: Runs ranging from 30 – 45 minutes, 1 bodyweight session. WebWith this week’s “standard” program being the starting point, and a user’s actions (e.g. which sessions I do vs don’t take, what length I favor when, which instructors I prefer) to tailor things to each individual person. That would frankly be terrific, and a bit of a natural next step for a data-focused company.
